Completely mobile. Off the grid or in the city, we bring the pizza magic.

From a casual backyard or patio, to a remote beach, or a secluded picnic spot in the mountains - with my ultra-portable pizza oven, I can bring a pizza party anywhere. The oven fires at 900f for Neapolitan pizza deliciousness, runs off propane, and fits on a small folding table - so it literally can go anywhere. Please contact me (click below) for pricing details: there is a minimum base price that covers the first 20 guests in a party and the oven set up, and then from there, the cost per person depends on the number of guests, where the event is, and other logistical factors. Please be in touch, and I’d be happy to send you a quote tailored to your event.

Storyteller and teaching is at the heart of Hilltown Hot Pies.

Pizza making is a platform for me: to share my passion with those around me, educate others, and spread joy. When I’m crafting pizzas and cooking in front of others, I relish the opportunity to share my process, explain what’s happening, and interact with my guests. My setup is an inherently interactive one: I encourage folks to watch what I’m doing, engage with the process and ask questions. From sharing the science and theory behind sourdough fermentation to the intricacies of my oven and how I craft the pizzas, sharing my craft is a core part of who I am as a maker. Each pizza that I make is a chance for me to share a story - about an ingredient, a producer, a craftsperson I look up to - and it’s one of the primary reasons I love to make pizzas.
