All reservations must be made through Resy, which you can make by clicking here.
We take reservations 30 calendar days in advance (reservations are released at 8am daily), and also keep a handful of tables and our bar and pizza counter seats for walk-in only.We’re happy to make changes on our end to reservations when we’re able to accommodate! We always take walk-ins at the bar, pizza counter, and our outdoor dining when the weather permits.

Our outdoor seating is open for the warmer months! Space is always weather dependent, as our patio and deck are uncovered. If you'd like to dine outside, please reserve a table inside, and include a note in your Resy booking about your desire to sit outdoors.
Our phone line opens at 4 pm, Wednesday-Sunday. If the weather is nice, give us a ring and we can start booking outdoor tables for the evening (depending on availability).

Per health code, pets (other than licensed service animals) are not permitted in any of our full-service dining spaces, including the deck and patio.

Yes, we have a number of gluten-free options on our menu, including salads, antipasti, and desserts. We can make our pizzas gluten-free (crusts from Ugly's Bakery) as well as most pastas.
Please be advised that our GF offerings are not celiac/allergy safe. Flour contamination is omnipresent in the restaurant, and while we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, our pizzas are all cooked in the same wood-fired oven.

If you're looking to book at party of more than 7, please email our GM at jc [at] hilltownhotpies [dot] com and provide information on the date, requested reservation time, and the size of your party. For larger groups, we can send you more information on renting out the restaurant.
Parties of 5 or more are subject to a $25 per-head (+tax) cancellation fee for missed reservations. If you cancel within 90 minutes of your scheduled reservation, you will not be charged. Any waiver of the fee is at the sole discretion of Hilltown.
For parties of 6 or more, we automatically add a 20% gratuity onto the bill.

We offer take out on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, which you can order online through Toast.
On Fridays and Saturdays, limited takeout may be available depending on restaurant volume and availability.
